within 7 days after receiving your order return all or part of your order for a
store credit, less
any shipping or handling charges.

EXCEPTIONS:
All sales of closeout and Clearance merchandise and bras, panties, all apparel, dresses and
costumes are
final. No returns will be accepted.
Close Out and Inventory Clearance items are clearly
marked
"Close Out" or
"Inventory Clearance" on the product page.
Clearance Items and Close Outs are on first pay bases.
Free Gift Offers:
Free Gifts On full returns must be returned unused and unopened or the
value of the gift will be charged to your account. Partial returns may
keep gifts in that offer price range.
Health Regulations:
Prevent us from exchanging worn merchandise for your protection. However,
providing that the merchandise has not been worn, damaged, or altered by you,
and that all labels & tags are intact, acceptable merchandise may be
exchanged with in 7 days after you have received it. Please use
appropriate underguard protection while trying products on.
Exchange
Step 1
Carefully package the items to be returned and enclose instructions
with tag or product description tag intact (including a copy of your packing slip or receipt is helpful) indicating
want to exchange or future store credit. (be sure to indicate which
item's) you would like. If there is a difference in price between the items you
are exchanging, your credit card will be charged for the difference or issued
store credit for the difference plus any shipping and handling charges. Please understand that FREE SHIPPING is for the original purchase only.
Shipping Charges are $7.00 for
less than $50.00 in
merchandise.
Step 2
Ship the package to Active Hours COD’s will not be accepted. We recommend purchasing
insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
